On February 22, 2022 at 11:44 AM a Coweta County Grand Jury returned a True Bill indictment against Ricardo Rodriguez Rodriguez on the following nine (9) counts.

COUNT 1

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Aggravated Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(c)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, between the 15th day of February, 2021, and the 31st day of October, 2021, the exact date of the offense being unknown to the Grand Jury, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [REDACTED], a child under the age of 16 years, involving the sexual organs of the accused and the mouth of said child, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by placing the penis of said accused on and in the mouth of said child, said act involving an act of sodomy, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 2

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Aggravated Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4(c)) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, between the 15th day of February, 2021, and the 31st day of October, 2021, the exact date of the offense being unknown to the Grand Jury, did commit an immoral and indecent act to [REDACTED], a child under the age of 16 years, involving the mouth of the accused and the sexual organs of said child, with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of himself by placing the mouth of said accused on and in the vagina of said child, said act involving an act of sodomy, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 3

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Rape (O.C.G.A. 16-6-1) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 15th day of February, 2021, did have carnal knowledge of [REDACTED], a female, forcibly and against her will, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 4

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Rape (O.C.G.A. 16-6-1) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, between the 16th day of February, 2021, and the 1st day of July, 2021, the exact date of the offense being unknown to the Grand Jury, did have carnal knowledge of [REDACTED], a female, forcibly and against her will, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 5

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Rape (O.C.G.A. 16-6-1) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, between the 6th day of July, 2021, and the 16th day of July, 2021, the exact date of the offense being unknown to the Grand Jury, did have carnal knowledge of [REDACTED], a female, forcibly and against her will, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 6

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Rape (O.C.G.A. 16-6-1) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, between the 18th day of July, 2021, and the 30th day of October, 2021, the exact date of the offense being unknown to the Grand Jury, did have carnal knowledge of [REDACTED], a female, forcibly and against her will, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 7

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Rape (O.C.G.A. 16-6-1) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 31st day of October, 2021, did have carnal knowledge of [REDACTED], a female, forcibly and against her will, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 8

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes (O.C.G.A. 16-6-5) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, on or about the 15th day of February, 2021, did unlawfully entice, a child under the age of sixteen years, to the location of said accused for the purpose of indecent acts, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 9

The Grand Jury aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the Citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse RICARDO RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ with the offense of Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes (O.C.G.A. 16-6-5) in that the said accused, in the State of Georgia and in the County of Coweta, between the 16th day of February, 2021, and the 31st day of October, 2021, the exact date of the offense being unknown to the Grand Jury, did unlawfully entice, a child under the age of sixteen years, to the location of said accused for the purpose of indecent acts, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
