2021

  • 2021-02-15 to 2021-10-31: Charged offense window: Coweta, plus Milledgeville and Panama City (July). (Indictment; plea transcript)
  • 2021-11-01: The victim discloses to Catherine. (Plea transcript, factual basis)

  • 2021-11-02, 11:58 AM: BOLO for Ricardo, Event 2021241252. (CAD)
  • 2021-11-02 (later that day): Ricardo is arrested at a Burger King in Livingston, AL (Sumter County) in his Dodge Ram. The truck and iPhone 12 are seized (later SW 21-SW-000408). The defense claimed the phone was searched before a valid warrant. Mullis supplementals say the extraction showed Mexico/CA/NY searches made while he was fleeing.
